There is less than one month to go until hundreds of scooter enthusiasts descend on Northwich for the Mid Cheshire Charity Scooter Rally and Beer Festival.
The popular event returns to Northwich Rugby Club at Moss Farm Leisure Complex on Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1, bringing together scooter fans from across the country for a weekend of live entertainment, food, drinks and family-friendly fun.
Now in its second year at the venue, the rally will feature live bands, DJs, two bars, market stalls, competitions, food outlets and merchandise, creating a festival atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
One of the highlights of the weekend will be Saturday’s scooter competition, where owners will showcase their prized scooters in a range of categories as they compete for top honours.
Camping is included in the ticket price for those bringing tents, while additional charges apply for campers and caravans.
Although the event is a must-visit for scooter enthusiasts, organisers say there is plenty on offer for anyone looking for a lively summer weekend out.
The rally is organised by Northwich Rotary Club, with all proceeds this year being donated to Cheshire Autism Practical Support.
Northwich Rotarian and Omega Squad member Tim Henshall said: “The atmosphere is just fantastic.
“It’s all about fun, camaraderie and enjoying being part of the scooter scene.
